Our story
Run by a family, for a community
Barrina Gardens has always been family-owned and proudly independent. That isn't a marketing line — it shapes everything about how the village works.
There's no head office in another state and no waiting weeks for a decision. When something needs sorting, you speak with Sam or Mike, and it gets done. Our on-site managers live here in the village, so help is genuinely close at hand.
With just 59 homes, Barrina is small enough that everyone knows everyone. New residents are welcomed, not processed.
